There has never been a more exciting time to join us. Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (T&G IC) will provide the foundation for one of the first ICOs in England, bringing together a wide range of health and social care services for the benefit of local people. The ICO will manage a person’s entire care in the future, by linking up hospital services with community care and mental health services as well as working closely with GPs.

We expect that, to fully transform these services, will take between three and five years. 8.30am – 4.30pm Friday

 

The Cardio Respiratory Investigations Unit (CRI) is a busy department providing a wide range of both cardiac and respiratory diagnostics.   The multidisciplinary team delivers a high quality, patient centred service and we are looking for someone who specialises in Device Management and Cardiac Analysis to join our existing team.

The pacing service currently offers implant of bradycardia devices, Loop Recorders and extensive follow-up clinics. This includes at least three implant sessions per week and daily outpatient clinics.

The physiologist will also support the comprehensive Cardiac Analysis service.

Essential qualifications:

Degree or equivalent in Clinical Physiology.

Masters degree or equivalent, or working towards HRUK, IBHRE

RCCP

To be successful you should have excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. We are looking for flexibility and motivation and demonstrate competencies in the essential requirements of the person specification.

Other cardiac/respiratory diagnostic skills would be highly desirable but not essential.
