There has never been a more exciting time to join us. Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (T&G IC) will provide the foundation for one of the first ICOs in England, bringing together a wide range of health and social care services for the benefit of local people. The ICO will manage a person’s entire care in the future, by linking up hospital services with community care and mental health services as well as working closely with GPs.

We expect that, to fully transform these services, will take between three and five years. This is a unique opportunity for Tameside and Glossop to be at the forefront of developing more joined-up integrated care; and we are absolutely committed to getting it right. The CRI Unit is a busy department providing a wide range of both cardiac and respiratory diagnostics. The multidisciplinary team deliver a high quality, patient centred service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic qualified physiologist to work autonomously in cardiac monitoring, Exercise Tolerance testing, Respiratory diagnostics and Loop Recorder Checks. This role also includes supporting Exercise Stress Echos, Myocardial Perfusion Scans and Pacemaker Follow-up clinics. 

Essential Qualifications:

-Degree or equivalent in Clinical Physiology

-ILS

-RCCP Registration

 

To be successful you will need excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
